Bringing over 10 years of sewing and crafting experience, Go!(He/They) is an avid sewist, crafter, maker, and artist living and working in the Tucson area. 

Go grew up in a family of casual crafters, which had a major impact on their interests and hobbies from a young age and later led them to school for music, fashion design, and art. 

Go is a craftivist and believes in working towards ending fast fashion one stitch at a time. They joined Crafting Resilience in 2025 to help people build skills that will make them less reliant on mass produced goods and improve confidence through the making process. 

Go is also a digital illustrator and makes a line of original character prints and bookmarks that they sell online and at vendor events. Their goal is to showcase Queer, fat and disabled joy through art.

Regina Dante, based in Tucson, Arizona, is the founder of Crafting Resilience. She is a self-taught sewist with over 28 years of sewing experience and 4 years of teaching experience. In 2025, she launched Crafting Resilience to share her knowledge, foster creativity, and build local resiliency within the community.

Regina is an advocate for reframing sewing as a vital, skilled craft—too often dismissed as “women’s work” or assumed to be automated. She emphasizes that sewing machines are power tools, and every garment, from couture to fast fashion, is handmade by people around the world.

Through Crafting Resilience, Regina not only teaches sewing but also creates a line of thoughtfully made goods, from baby bibs and dog bandanas to lavender sachets and vintage-inspired gift bags. Each piece reflects her belief in slow, intentional making and the value of handmade work in everyday life.
